Linear Actuator Operating Voltage Options - Required
Our linear actuators provide you with a variety of optional operating
voltages: DC 12V, DC 24V, DC 36V or DC 48V, among them, 24V is the
most commonly used working voltage. Which means you can flexibly choose the
most suitable voltage configuration according to the specific application
scenario and equipment requirements.
Linear Actuator Speed Options - Required
Our waterproof linear actuators offer three optional speeds, you can choose
from the following three speeds:
5±1mm/s, the maximum thrust is 3500N / 350 kg / 780 lbs
10±2mm/s, the maximum thrust is 2500N / 250 kg / 560 lbs
16±3mm/s, the maximum thrust is 2000N / 200 kg / 450 lbs
The above is the speed at no load, and the actual working speed will
gradually slow down as the load increases. When purchasing a linear
actuator, you need to consider both the operating speed and thrust of the
linear actuator.
Linear Actuator Mounting Brackets Options - Optional, Not Required
(If you already have compatible mounting brackets, there is no need to
purchase additional ones. If not, we recommend ordering two mounting
brackets for each linear actuator to ensure stability and easy
installation.)
Each linear actuator usually require two mounting brackets, one to fix the
head and another to fix the bottom. We offer
Bracket J
Bracket J for waterproof linear actuators.
Power Supply Options - Optional, Not Required
We have
12V/10A
or
24V/5A
power supply for you to choose. Please choose a
power supply with the same voltage as the linear actuator to power the
linear actuator.
Lithium Battery Options - Optional, Not Required
If your application requires portability or independent power supply, we
recommend choosing lithium batteries to power your linear actuators. We
provide
12V 2800mAh
,
12V 5600mAh
,
24V 2800mAh
,
24V 5600mAh
,
24V 8400mAh
lithium battery packs for you to choose. The larger the capacity of the
lithium battery, the longer it can be used. Please choose a lithium battery
pack with the same voltage according to the operating voltage of the linear
actuator you ordered.
Remote Control Switch Options - Optional, Not Required
If you need to remotely control the operation of your linear actuator, we
recommend adding a remote switch to remotely operate your linear actuator.
Through the remote control switch, you can remotely control the opening and
closing of the linear actuator without manual operation, which improves the
convenience of use.
We provide
Normal Remote Switch
,
One-to-Many Remote Switch
,
Remote Switch with Delay
, and
Speed Remote Switch
for you to choose.
WIFI Smart Remote Switch Options - Optional, Not Required
If you want to control the linear actuator remotely via wireless network or
wireless RF signals at the same time, we recommend choosing a
WiFi smart remote switch
. This WiFi switch can conveniently remotely operate the linear
actuator via a smartphone APP or remote control, which is very suitable for
applications that require flexible control.
Manual Controller Options - Optional, Not Required
If your application requires manual control of the linear actuator, we
recommend choosing a manual controller to meet your needs. We can provide a
variety of manual controllers for you to choose from, such as:
Momentary Control Handle
,
Toggle Switch
and
Cross Rocker Switch
.
Limit Switch Options - Optional, Not Required
(If your linear actuator requires precise stop position control, we
recommend adding
limit switches
to enhance safety and accuracy.)
We can connect one or two external limit switches to the linear actuator and
use them to flexibly adjust the travel range of the linear actuator. For
example, the normal stroke of this linear actuator is 500MM, we can connect
one or two limit switches according to actual needs, so that the specific
range of motion can be flexibly set within the maximum range of 500MM, such
as 0-300MM or 100-400MM and so on in different ranges.
Length and Stroke Customization Options - Optional, Not Required
Looking for a linear actuator, but the installed length when fully retracted
and the extendable stroke length don't exactly match what you require?
We can customize linear actuators according your required installed length
when fully retracted and the stroke length that can be extended. For example,
for a linear actuator with a stroke of 200mm, the installation length when
fully retracted is generally 375mm. We can increase the installation length
according to your installation requirements, such as increasing its
installation length to 400mm, 450mm or 500mm. We can also customize linear
actuators with any stroke length in the range of 0-200mm according to your
stroke length requirements, such as customized stroke lengths of 95mm,
125mm, 175mm and so on.
When you order this custom option, please send us the installation length
and stroke length parameters you need to customize by email.
Front Connector Style Customization Options - Optional, Not Required
The default front connector of our linear actuator is an open hole
connector. If the open hole connector does not meet your needs, we can
customize slotted connectors, internal threaded connectors, etc. according
to your needs. We can also customize the height and width of the connector.
You can also provide drawings for us to customize completely according to
your drawings.
When you choose this front connector customization option, please send us
the parameters or drawings of the connector you need to customize by email.
